ALIVE, but barely!
Tuesday, September 2nd, 2008PEKNE PRAZDNINY
Finally after almost two months break I have been running some orienteering races. It was about the time! Not so far from home and great sand-rock terrains, a matter of must! And again I did have some problems with brain functions during the 1st stage.
They say “You could not step twice into the same river“, well I could somehow argue about that or perhaps I’m an Exception proving the rule.
Just check two maps below… Luckily this time (August) I’ve noticed the problem
Normal people: 12.-13.-14.-15.
Robert: 12.-14.-13.-14.-15.

23.8.2008 Stupid or what!!!
The 2nd and the 3rd stages were OK!
THE SEASON IS OVER (more or less)
My ankle has not been recovering as I would have predicted. Thus I went for a check-up and I must say I was not so happy about the diagnosis I’ve got. I do not have 30-years-old ankle, it’s a “bit” older. I was told NOT to run, just biking or perhaps swimming (which by my books is bloody boring) plus the rehab. In 3 weeks I’ll see the doc again and if there’s no progress in healing the operation will be necessary!
No matter what, we’re planning to run 25manna this year!
THE FUNNIER PART…

Ice cream, hmmmm

sleeping is boring, but sometimes I must "do" it...

I'll be back!

PS
We can call ourselves privileged having an opportunity to run in Tromsø terrains. One of the best we’ve been so far. Since there was NM-UKA in Tromsø last week (following online of course), I had to check the old maps and see what I’ve found Tromsø 2003 and Tromsø 2008. Well, the courses are not really the same, but the pattern is there…
