Still three more additional injections of hyaluronic acid needed in order to boost cartilage regrowing.
So now just sort of “double-polling” with the cruthes, and hopefully some more real sport soon!

Anna goes to kindergarden in 1 month, being 3 years old. TIME FLIES!!! Unfortunately, that’s normal in CZE to go to kindergarden at that “late” age.

and Erik will be home alone with the baby-sitter…

Comparing 25manna and CZE relay/clubs champs is like comparing apples and pears, yes it’s hard but still they both are fruits…

If running in/through the “green” or through absolutely boring forest plus enhanced with “challenging” courses should be the RELAY RACE of the season, then I’m most probably… Just see the maps below and make your own impression…

Luckily we’re still privileged to take part in 25manna and other races held in Scandinavia, which REALLY are like a remedy after last weekend CZE champs!

Maybe some day we’ll also be challenged here in CZE with more sophisticated approach. The potential is in fact huge, only to USE it…

The 2009 season is finished, in 10 days operation, recovery and then double-polling starts… It’s only 92 days to Jizerska 50 and “just” 148 to Vasaloppet so I better be doing something already!!!
