Brnenskej Voprus 2009
It took me more than 11hrs to accomplish my “summer challange”, 3km of orienteering as an appetiezer, approx. 160km of MTBO as the main course and 7 km of orienteering for a dessert.
Surprisingly it went OK almost all the way, yes there were few places where I cursed a bit, but nothing serious… Pity that I ripped the chain around the 5th control, thus dropping from the leading group, but thanks God, Ďure was around, who fixed my bike and I could continue all the way to the finish…

It took more than 10hrs to get from Brno to Blatiny, which normally takes just 3hrs. Luckily for me as a non-local-guy I just followed the map, anyway there where few places, which I would have never thought going through toward “Vysocina”.
PS: the taste of sport-drinks, gels, bars and other stuff are a tabu for my taste buds, well at least for a while.
